Joe
Joseph Jr. had large shoes to fill when taking over the family business after his father Joe Sr. passed away in 1996. His positive and energetic spirit has taken the family business to a new professional level. In a trade that is highly unstable in economic downturns, Joe has successfully sailed our company through with his motto: “Challenge to Change”. Joe oversees the Production and Management Operation systems that keep a progressive, well-oiled organization running full speed ahead.
Dean
Dean’s incredible wealth of building knowledge took shape early on as he apprenticed with his father during his high school years and later became our Lead Carpenter and Mason. While construction methods haven’t significantly changed since then, product advancement, building codes and business strategy have. As Owner and Lead Salesperson, Dean is constantly analyzing this ever-competitive industry. Rather than focusing on closing the sale, his main concern is figuring how you can get the most out of every dollar you spend and support your project’s management every step of the way.
Ann
Without Ann, this business wouldn’t have the foundation it does today. Before computers were around, she had the dining room table as her desk, with little Joe and Dean playing in the backyard. She is truly loved and admired and adds to the warm family-oriented nature of our business. Ann tends to the administrative tasks and is always found greeting our customers, employees and dogs each day with a friendly 'hello'.
Joe G
Joe G. is one of our ‘Team 70’ members. His work ethic and seniority play a valuable role in teaching our younger members the importance of a hard day’s work and satisfaction in a project well done. Joe G’s strength is impressive to see when he’s assigned to a masonry project. You’ll have a structure that stands the test of time- just like the projects Joe G built here in New Jersey over 40 years ago!
Shawn
Shawn’s construction experience and natural problem-solving skills have greatly contributed to his role as Project Manager. A key role of a project manager is to have daily and open communication with you and our tradesmen. If Shawn is assigned to your project, you know he’ll carefully walk you through the process, step by step. His trustworthy and friendly nature add to the unique culture of our company.

Larry came to our company as a well-seasoned carpenter and tile setter. He has managed numerous projects and has a complete range of skills as a Lead Carpenter. Larry’s personable character, expertise and attention to detail are prime examples of qualities a Lead Carpenter should possess. You can be sure you’ll have a trusted relationship with each of our crew members and know your home investment is safe in our hands.
Beth
Beth’s natural attention to detail and ‘female touch’ made an especially perfect match to be a Project Manager of our kitchen and bath projects, where most wives become the decision makers. Her thorough knowledge in this area has progressively moved her into our Sales Team. You won’t find a better salesperson when it comes to initially planning the details even before a paper is signed. This assures you know exactly what you’re paying for and getting the most value for your dollar.
WarrenS

He is greatly valued among our team, proving that each member of our crew plays an integral role in creating a well-built project, down to the last detail.
Mark
Mark’s long-standing experience in construction assists him in a most challenging roll of project scheduler. In order to keep your project on-time and on-budget, Mark arranges the daily whereabouts of our entire crew. You’ll also see him managing short-term projects and keeping his fine carpentry skills up-to-par throughout the week.

Warren’s current position is on the Sales Team as one of our sales professionals. Warren’s love for what he does makes him a truly great asset within our company.
Mike
Mike came to us originally in 1997 as one of our trade contractors. We valued his skill and professionalism as a multi-tradesman so greatly that we hired him as one of our employees. This lead to Mike’s current position as project manager. However, we still exclusively use Mike to install our highest quality fiberglass water barriers for our shower pans and steam showers. Mike is also assigned as Project Management Coordinator. In this position, Mike holds weekly on-site meetings with our managers to address any concerns or new ideas to make each project a seamless one.
David
Dave Smith began working with our company as a widely-skilled multi tradesman in 1993. His expertise carried him from serving as a Project Manager to being one of our valued Sales Professionals. Pricing a construction project is a very challenging task and takes a considerable amount of planning and discussion. Our sales pro’s are trained to methodically break down each stage of construction and anticipate the unexpected along the way. Dave is naturally a detailed and accurate person. You know you’ll have the best long-term value with a well-planned and un-rushed project.
Konnor
Konnor, Dean’s youngest son truly enjoys all forms of his apprenticeship work including heavy machine operating, masonry, concrete and pipe work. Many people also see Konnor on the road driving our trucks—what is he doing? He is engaged in production support, delivering materials and preventing the production team from leaving your project unnecessarily. Konnor’s work ethic and ambitious drive is truly amazing and stands alone. We’re proud to have Konnor as part of our 3rd generation with the Episcopo name.
Shannon
Shannon, Joe’s daughter, plays a key role with our Sales Team and Project Management Team. Shannon orchestrates the dozens of trade-contractor estimates, material take-offs and contract development for each major project that arrives for bidding. Communication with our trade-contractors prior to construction is just as critical as during construction. Along with her Sales responsibilities, Shannon manages Bathrooms, Interior Renovations, and small Exterior Projects. We’re proud to have her as part of our 3rd generation with the Episcopo name.
Joey
Joey, Joe’s son, has frequented construction sites since a very young age and is the oldest member of our 3rd generation. Through the years, he has worked with every facet of construction, giving him a clear vision of project completion and customer satisfaction. Because of this, Joey is our trusted Scheduler and Project Manager. He’s known for his personable nature and problem solving skills, which will assure your project runs on-schedule and results in a finely constructed project.
Kerry
Kerry’s background in architecture naturally led for a great match with our company as Project Designer. Her detail-oriented nature keeps critical decision making and product selections running on-time with your schedule. Her hand-sketching and computer generated drawings help ideas take shape. Kerry has established fine relationships with local vendors, pointing you in the right direction to simplify the endless choices to be had in this industry.
Patty
Patty is one of our friendly office staff members in Accounts Payable/Receivable. Unlike most contractors, Patty has been trained to separate funds per each project and pay our trade contractors on carefully constructed schedules. This assures that we aren’t ‘robbing Peter to pay Paul’. Our billing schedule matches our production schedule and you’re only responsible to pay your invoices upon each phase of the project.
Frank
Frank is our Lead Framing and Exterior Mechanic, who came to our company with a complete crew of highly-skilled key tradesmen. A structure’s framing can be likened to the unseen, yet critical role bones play inside your body. We’ve never been as impressed with our framing details since Frank joined our team. In the construction field since a teen-ager, it is quite evident that Jim enjoys his trade and his finished product speaks for itself.

Inger is primarily one of our skilled tilers. In fact, her background in fine multi-media art and illustration truly rounds out the range of talent that our employees posses. She also has an amazing talent for creating three-dimensional water-features.
